BVSC Funday returns to Bexleyheath
The Bexley Volunteers Service Council (BVSC) funday returned to Bexleyheath for its second year on Saturday 2nd June. The date coincided with the final weekend of the Whitsun School Holidays but also National Volunteers Week.
With traditional games and entertainment for all to enjoy the event was yet again a huge success, whilst being an opportunity for the volunteers and charities of Bexley to reach out to the public for both recognition and support.
From live animals, chair yoga, to hook a duck game stall we had it all in the town centre and have already had requests to run the event again next year.
Whilst the footfall for the day was marginally down YoY it was up 6.1% WoW and up 7% on two years ago. Next up is the Bike event 9th June 2018.
